At Little Monsters Tennis we understand that starting a new class can be quite daunting! So we hope that a few of the questions you and your child may have can be answered below.

What should my child bring?

A drink , a tennis racket and clothing suitable for the weather! We understand that children may want to wear their 'fancy shoes' to tennis but plimsoles or trainers please. (No wellies!)

What if my child is shy?

Some children do find that they need to 'warm up' to the idea of leaving their parent or carer, at Little Monsters Tennis we do ask that parents wait outside the lesson, but we understand that you may have to join in for a couple of the games!

My child does not have a tennis racket is that ok?
Of course! We have spare rackets that we can lend our players. Please just let me know before the lesson.

What happens if it rains?
We will always try our best to let you know as soon as we can if the lesson will be postponed - but unfortunately the weather can be so changeable its normally a case of the 15 - 25 minutes beforehand. Unless it is forecast as torrential all day - assume it is on. We will normally go ahead in drizzle or light rain.

I cant make all of the sessions - what shall I do

If you know that you are unable to make one of the sessions - please let us know and I will try and accommodate as best as I can. We do have other sessions available and can provide them as 'make up ' sessions. Please note that on our camps we will not be able to make up the session but we do have a club house, plenty of games & a ping pong table!
